Delivery is not free unfortunately as we are a small, independent business without the financial might of a company like Amazon.
All items are handmade and will usually be dispatched within 2-3 days.
Custom orders 3 – 5 days.
UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 24.
Republic of Ireland orders are sent Royal Mail Priority.
Yes we can deliver outside the We deliver worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any duties & tax.
International orders are sent tracked/tracked & signed.
Shipment is made via Royal Mail and Air Mail. International shipments can take anywhere from 7 -14 working days for delivery depending on your location.
As a standard, the progress of your order delivery during shipment is not trackable but if you would like to have this option please contact me for a quotation.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase.
Higher value items are provided with tracking information. Again, do tick the option pre-ordering if you’d like tracking.
UK customers are charged VAT unless VAT Relief is claimed at checkout.
Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
